Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes, all of it, including eco-certified products if you’d prefer them. We never use your supplies unless you ask us to.
What happens if a cleaner is off sick?
A trained cover cleaner who already knows your site steps in, and your supervisor tells you before the clean, not after.
Is there a minimum contract?
Three months to start, then rolling monthly with a month’s notice.
Can you work around alarms and key holding?
Yes. Keys and fobs are logged, stored securely and only issued to your named team.
