Why there’s a 12 month term
A custom site is several weeks of design and build. Spreading that across 12 month is what makes £100 possible instead of a few thousand up front: £1,200 over the first year, starting from the month your site goes live. After that you’re monthly, and the site’s yours to take with you.
About “ongoing updates”
Text changes, new photos, prices, opening hours, a new team member, a seasonal offer. Send them over and they’re done, usually within a couple of working days. That’s the part most people never get round to doing themselves. Whole new pages, new features or a redesign are quoted first, so you always know before anything is charged.
